Context

For example, we have Pending Reason and Pending Documents fields of our service request model that should be displayed only if the Service Request status is pending.

Change Model Settings

To make it work, go to the model settings, open the dropdown configuration window, and select the target fields that must be shown or hidden based on the selected status.
